Modifying Arrays and Matrices

Greetings all...sorry for the duplicate request.

I know some time ago I had figured out how to actually modify the values found in arrays and matrices.
However, as happens when we get old, I can't seem to remember how I did it and can't find my old notes!

Can anyone please refresh my memory on how to modify the old or insert new values in an array via an EvalScript?
