Missing Weapons in Pathfiner

I can't find the Thunder Hammer or Klar in the most recent version of Hero Lab. I have all the datafiles unlocked, the weapons just...don't seem to appear, even though they did in the past.
 
I'm showing them present, at least the klar. By Thunder Hammer, do you mean the Meteor Hammer? I see that present as well, but I don't recall a weapon called Thunder Hammer.

I'd like to confirm, do you have the correct sources enabled for this hero? I'm showing the klar sourced to Adventurer's Armory, Inner Sea World Guide, Ultimate Equipment, Varisia (Birthplace of Legends). With at least one of those enabled for a hero, either apply the filter Everything and type in "klar" or scroll down to "Martial Weapons: Light Melee Weapons". Do you still not see it?

Yes, I have all four enabled and the Klar weapon isn't showing up. I also was completely mis-remembering and the other weapon was the Earth Breaker.

I assume he means "Earth Breaker" not thunder hammer as that is what goes with the Klar. The feat that makes those two into a double weapon is "Thunder and Fang" so I assume he got a little confused on the wording is all. :)
 
Even with the portfolio you sent me, I can't reproduce the issue. I still see the Klar just fine when I open the portfolio. I did get several "Thing X is missing" errors when I opened it, which indicates you likely have .user files I don't. It's possible something in those is interfereing, either replacing the klar with something else or precluding it.

Here's what I'd like you to try next. Please move all the .user files out of your data folder, and reload the program. Can you see the Klar when you have the correct sources are checked, and those user files are gone? If so, then it is likely something in them is the culprit, and you can start looking for it.
