Missing Power Torturous stike

Making a rouge Brutal scoundrel here and can not find the encounter power Torturous stike anywhere?
Is there a way to add to the character sheet a persons DCI number say right below the Hero Lab logo would be great.
 
I think the downloader is trying to create it, but there's a naming conflict with some other power (probably something like "Torturer's Strike" or something else which is almost the same) that I need to solve. I'll try and get it fixed for the next update.
 
I have edited in the power (YEA ME I finally did somehting correct with Authoring Kit) but I have just up loaded the new DDI and was recieving a load error for that power. I have fixed it by replacing the file within my data so it works again. :)
If anyone would like Torturous strike (that does not have it, email me and I will send you the file to save you time it is not hard to add)
