Missing Native Languages

It seems there seems to be an issue with languages when creating SF2 characters now that Player Core is released. When I try and create characters, like a Vesk, whilst it lists it starts with common, vesk.... it doesnt actually provide you with Vesk nor allow you to select any of the common regional lanaguages.

Is this some issue at my end that I'm missing or is it a bug?

Appreciate any insight
