Missing items in Save Custom Output

* Equipment Sets - though its ok to use in HeroLab, it would be nice if it was the XML.
* Racial Spells - example from Tiefling race, Hellish Rebuke does not show up, Thaumaturgy from Infernal Legacy.
* Class Spells - example from Warlock class, any spell that you get from Eldritch Invocations, such as Mask of Many Faces (disguise self, etc.) does not show up.
* Spells from Warlock Invocations - Book of Ancient Secrets, any chosen from this.
