Missing Imperial Armour Special Characters

Hey folks.

Has anyone got a data file or locationv for General Grizmund out of imperial armour vol 1?
The other special characters (Stranski and Shfeer) appear when the special characters are selected but Grizmund doesn't. I finally built him up and can't put him into a list. I've tried using the authoring kit with zero luck.

I just created an IG army, selecting "Imperial Armour" and "Special Characters" in the roster options, and "General Grizmund" is in the list of available HQ choices. I'm using v1.0 of the 5th edition files.
 
Sorry I may not have been clear.
I'm trying to build an Armoured battle group with Grizmund as the HQ. In selecting the ABG, Grizmund or any of the imperial armour characters,don't appear as any option, yet other IG codex characters do.
