Missing History Tab

I have two characters in a portfolio. One has a history tab, based on the material of Ultimate Campaign, and the other doesn't - Yet it appears the sources used in settings are the same. What am I doing wrong? I'm sure this is a stupid newbie error, and I will respond with the obligatory 'Doh!':confused:

The sources are not the same. Scroll in the configure hero to "Ultimate Campaign Character Backgrounds". One character has "Don't Use Backgrounds", and the other character has "Unrestricted Traits & Drawbacks".

Thank You for the quick reply. I had thought I checked those sources at least 3 times - Critical fail on perception rolls.:o
