Missing file in link within Custom Output help

The Customoutput.html file states "You can find a full DTD for the output.xml file content here." Unfortunately, the file that last link goes to, "hero lab/Docs/kit/kit_dtd.htm#custom" is a bad link for me. I've checked my Docs/kit folder and there are only two HTML files, hp_kit.htm and kit_editor.htm.

I have Mutants and Masterminds as my game system if that makes a difference.
