Missing Feat - Bewildering Koan

So I just recently purchased the data pack that, according to the main site, had the content for the book "Gnomes of Golarion". This book should have a feat in it called Bewildering Koan, but upon reactivating my license and downloading any updates, I can't for the life of me find the feat. Did I buy the wrong pack or is it something else?
 
Double check that you have enabled the Gnomes of Golarion source for the hero (Character -> Configure Hero). Any portfolio made prior to gaining access to a book will not have that source on by default.
