Hi there I just purchased Herolab so I could join 4e games with my friends.
However, after following all instructions, downloading the ddi info without an account and updating to the most recent version. Some things are wrong.

Some classes are not proficient with any weapons.
There are no spell descriptors
No one should legally have any languages.

Contacting the support email I was told to come here. Can anyone help me out?
