Missing bonus types!

I'm looking for the code that applies to size bonuses and penalties but can't find it in any of the files. A quick look through the help document regarding bonuses and penalties seems to indicate that #applybonus [Size] doesn't exist. If it doesn't is there any possibility that it can be implemented in the future?
 
Currently there is no size bonus in the set. There are alot of missing bonus types beyond this, and while I have hope that they will address this at some future date, the d20 system takes a backseat to all the Pathfinder work that gets done.
