Missing ARG Subtypes

This will most likely be something I have overlooked but here we go. My DM has asked us to make custom races with the race builder but we get the Half-Undead subtype for free but I can't find it or Half-Construct even though traits reference them as prerequisites. If they are there where are they hiding? Any help would be appreciated.
 
Well, d20pfsrd says that Half-Undead costs 5 RP, so it is probably part of the race building selections...

It is under "Add Subtypes" (not surprising, since half-undead is a "subtype" :-) )
