MiC - Chasuble of Fell Power - Bug

Hi,

There's a little problem with the woundrous item, Chasuble of Fell Power. When you equip it, it's giving the bonus only in the Special tab but not in the Weapon tab. The same problem happen with the Greater version of this chasuble. Is it complicated to solve it? This items is coming from the MAGIC ITEM COMPENDIUM and it's boosting the eldritch blast for the Warlock.
