It was brought to my attention that 3E has a metric T&V table. So, I decided to go ahead and put it together. I got ranks -5 to 17 before I got tired of it. The Tags were not changed because it was more trouble than I wanted to get into. Oh, and I couldn't figure out how to change things like the ranges for Ranged powers. I suspect that Height and Weight on the Personal tab will require Colen as that's UI. Well, anyhow, long past time for sleep. Enjoy!
