Message Center - New Messages

A couple of times I have had a new message in the Message Center and since so much time passed between them I wasn't sure how to view it. I clicked all over trying to figure it out before I finally clicked on the teeny tiny envelope that looked more like a square. It would be helpful if it was bigger, more noticeable that clicking on it will open the message. Thanks.
 
I am still baffled by that message center.

And really baffled by the search system.

I believe both of those are things that work, but will be improved down the line as time permits.
