Mechanics - World Links

Often I hear people saying: Don't clutter RW with rules because, would you like to link to them anyways?

Right they are, often I don't want to link to spellnames / totems and similar topics. However I would still like to have them present in RW to benefit from them if I actively search for some rules/crunch.

The solution & idea:
Option for all / some topics to disallow linking to the world section and the other way around. This way I could for example:

By default flags are "undefined"
Spelllist (Flag "allow linking to world: ENABLED")
Spell 1...n (Flag"allow linking to world: DISABLED")

There should also be "default" flag for the realm that defines the behaviour if the topic's flag is undefined.

In this example only the Spelllist topic could be linked to the world.

This way I have the advantage of linking between rules topics (within the mechanics section) and don't clutter my world with tons of false positive links. Furthermore I might even reduce the search time because all mechanic (or world depending on which side you use this) topics are excluded from the search.

It would make more sense for it be a tag as RW already uses tags.

The last time I brought the idea of namespaces, essentially what you are suggesting, Rob said no pretty emphatically but maybe you'll have better luck.
