Mass Removal of Empty Snippets and Sections

I thought there was a way to do a mass removal of empty snippets and sections for a whole realm but I can't seem to find it. Is this possible or am I remembering wrong?

For a whole realm? I think making a copy will do that but other than that I don't think so.
