Mass Effect D20 RPG for HL

I found a great adaptation of the Mass Effect games using the D20 system and i think it would be cool to see it for the Authoring Kit for HL. Of course i understand that permission to use the game must be given but i just wanted to see if anyone was wiling to help. :D and, i will give proper rights to the author of this document, for i did not create it, and proper payment will be given as well. I thought that maybe playing in the Mass Effect universe would be easier with HL, Who's willing to Help?
