Marked Wolf Guard Bug?

When I equipped a Marked Wolf Guard with a pair of lightning claws for a friend, it didn't gain any extra attacks. a pair of lightning claws should give an extra attack.

Edit: If this is a Codex issue, please tell me.

This item should be taken care of and corrected. Please download the latest general release located on our website.
