Map Improvement: Drag Maps

Rather than having to move the horizontal and vertical scrollbars to find a location on the map, it would be nice if you could simply drag a map. which will move X and Y at the same time.
 
Already present: Press and hold the mouse-scroll wheel (or middle mouse button) and move the mouse. Also, we have the pan tool in the toolbar.
 
ahhh... whoops... i guess i never noticed it. i wonder how it works with mac trackpad running windows emulation... thanks.
