Managing Mythic Tier feats?

I just added Mythic to the game I'm running, and one of the players is running a summoner. We'd like to add a mythic version of the extra evolution feat, but I'm having trouble coding it.

I don't mind allowing the feat, but I want it only at the tiers where mythic feats are given (i.e. 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th). What is the tier version of #totallevelcount? (#totaltiercount caused an error).
