Making Classes

I'm running a game base loosely on multi dimensional world and one of my bad guys is a ninja. The problem is there is no ninja class. So I wanted to ask is there a way to make classes on hero lab. If not I can still go rogue/assassin.

Yes

You can make a new class by opening up the editor (If you have bought the data set)

What I did was duplicate pathfinder to a new data set called pathfinder mod, and all my edits I do in there

I have created half the Oracle (with just some of the Combat Focus things)
Most of the Inquisitor - just spell list to do and figure a way to display the options for the Judgement.

New feats are easy and new spells are too I think....

I would say a ninja would be as close to a rogue as possible, focused on stealth.

If you haven't read them yet, I suggest you read through the class creation tutorials in the editor manual (in the editor, select the help menu).
