Magus Arcane Points - possible BUG?

I looked up the site for posts about this and only found one about the black blade archtype.

Issue:

Arcane points state : Half Magus level (minimum 1) + INT mod.

My character's states:
Level 1 Magus
Int: 15 (+2)

From reading the wordage, my arcane points should be: +1 (0.5lev min 1) +2 (int)=3

Herolab only gives my arcane points as 2.

Am I just reading this wrong?
