I remember that back in the playtest, there was the following statement in the Arcane Pool ability:
This ability counts as the Arcane Strike feat for meeting any prerequisites
This meant other feats that used arcane strike as a prerequisite could be taken without taking arcane strike. When the Ultimate Magic book was released, however, that statement was not in there. I have noticed, however, that that effect is still applied on the Arcane Pool ability in Hero Lab. (Just noticed it when my Magus had access to Riving Strike from the ACG).
