Magical weapon over +5

I tried to search on magical weapons here in the forums, but came up blank.

I'm trying to create Hero Lab files from some Adventure A Week modules, and came across a +12 Quarterstaff.

I can easily make up to a +5 Quarterstaff, but how would I go about making it a +12.

Do I need to use the editor, to create it?

Are you sure +12 is the enhancement bonus, and it isn't the calcaulated attack bonus for that weapon? A +12 item would be a major artifact, since the enhancement bonus/price tables in the core rulebook section don't go above +10, so there's no official rule on how much a +12 weapon would cost (although it's easy to deduce what it should be, since the rest of the table shows a simple formula between bonus and cost).

The standard statblock format for Pathfinder would write a mundane quarterstaff's chance to hit and damage like this:

Melee quarterstaff +12 (1d6+2)

It's an 18th level wizard, and the weapons are listed like this:
(copy/pasted from module)

Melee +10 quarterstaff (1d6+1)
Ranged +12 light crossbow (1d8+1/19-20)

Thanks for the quick reply, I'm drooling over the prospect of Realm Works, can't wait for the KS to be over and I get my goodies.

That looks like it is just +10 to hit with a quarterstaff and +12 total to hit with a light crossbow. The weapons are not enchanted to +10 or +12.

Yup, I see that now in my NPC generation, thanks for helping me out. I've still obviously got a lot to learn.
