Mac Update issue

Hey all, having an issue trying to update the new version of HL on the Mac. I get the message:

The operation can’t be completed because the item “Document.icns” is in use.

and then the load craps out on me. Anyone else getting that?
 
I am getting the following message when trying to open HL:

You can't open the application Hero Lab.app because it may be damaged or incomplete.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this? Thx.
 
Did that work, chiefweasel? Sorry we did not respond quickly to this one. Let me know if there is still an outstanding issue!
 
Yup, sorry I didnt mentioned that before. Not sure what the original issue was but with the reinstall I was able to get HL back up and running. Thanks.
