[Mac] HL Editor

I was poking around in HL the other day and investigating the editor. There are two things that happened that bugged me. One may be a bug but the other is probably just an annoyance.

1. I was able to open HL Editor a couple times but at some point, and I don't know exactly what caused this, but it stopped opening. Now when I click on the HL Editor option under Tools it does not open. Nothing seems to happen.

2. I am not able to find the folder the Game Systems are saved in. I'm pretty sure it's in the user home folder but set to hidden. I was able to see it once but I think that was from a menu option inside the HL Editor. I am not able to go there through Finder.

Anyway, those are a couple things that caught me off guard.

I also ran into the "editor won't open bug." I just did a reinstall of the software (including reactivating license) and it now works fine. I don't know if a repro has been figured out for the issue yet, but I can at least clean up if it happens again.

That being said, I was able to find and back up my .user files before doing so. For me they were in USER\Library\Application Support\Hero Lab\Data

Same here- was able to load editor, added an ammunition type, successfully showed up in weapons, now I cannot load the hero lab editor.

Would love to find an accurate fix for this.

I had the same issue but I was able to get around it by removing the following preference file:
/Users/martin/Library/Application Support/Hero Lab/Data/herolab.prefs
and then restarting Hero Lab. (Make sure Hero Lab is not running when you delete the file.)

I had to register my license number the next time I reopened HL, but I can at least launch the Editor again.
