Mac help .user files

Where are the .user files? I've managed to box myself in to a corner, and get errors every time I try to create a character class (battle sorcerer). I would like to delete everything I've added and start from scratch. Barring getting to the .user files, is there anyway I can just reset to factory settings?
 
From inside of HL go to "Tools->Explore Folders->Program Data Folder". I am 99% sure that works on the Mac also and will open you a window with the correct location of where the .user files are.
