Lost Omens World Guide

I'm in the same boat, can't find it in the store. It is listed in the Sources tab of Settings and on the forum, but can't find it in the store. I sent in a bug report and messaged on Facebook.
 
It does appear that way. Don't know why they post things like "Lost Omen World Guide now available" if it's not for sale or "Campaign Theater coming at end of June" if it isn't going to be out months after that when they posted the announcement YouTube video. I love HLC and HLO has its use (just character creation all the other stuff is only promises) but it's really hard to not jump on the bashing bandwagon. I understand being a small company and understand dev cycles but they need to at least acknowledge that they haven't met their promises.
