Lost My Hero Labs When I Got New Computer

Hey folks,

It's been a long, long time since I've been to this site, actually I haven't been here since I purchased Hero Labs back 2012.

As I hope the subject line suggests, I no longer have Hero Labs. My old computer ate the green banana of death, so I got a new computer. I thought I had all my programs on my new computer, but alas I forgot Hero Labs. Is there a way for me to download everything I had for free, as I had already purchased it? Or do I have to buy everything again?

Inquiring minds and all that.

Your 2012 license may have been annual but if not then email LWD using the email your license was connected to and they will send you the key again.
 
1. Load Hero Lab
2. Go to the License menu and select the option to have your licenses emailed to you
3. Enter your email address (the one that your license was tied to)
4. Check your email for the license number
5. Plug your license number into Hero Lab and you're all set!

Note! If the email doesn't show up, it probably ended up in a spam filter somewhere, so please check those places.
