Lost Journal Tab

I don't know what I did but I have lost my Journal tab for a character. I was making changes in the Configure Character before it happened so I have combined it several times to see if anything is related to the Journal tab.
Please tell me how to get the Journal tab back. I have no way of adding XP or money without it. :-(
