Lost all portfollios

I just downloaded the new version of hero lab and cant access my portfollios here is the message: HeroLab.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Please report this error to Lone Wolf Development at support@wolflair.com, enclosing the contents of the log file 'C:\DOCUME~1\RBREDI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\lwderror2612.txt'.

What are the contents of that log file? Can you post them here?


It's possible that Windows is running out of a special resource called
the "desktop heap", meaning that Hero Lab can't load things properly. If
you try running Hero Lab directly after rebooting, before you run any
other programs, does it encounter the same problem?
