Loss of blood angel special characters

Did it reset the options for the army with the new update? I just checked, and v1.29 has Blood Angel special characters. Just make sure Special Characters are still selected under Roster Options.
 
It will always start new after a new version is installed when it comes to the options that were user selected. Even though the Blood Angels, Eldar, Chaos, Dark Angels, and Ork special characters are not longer needing opponents consent, the direction was decided to keep all special characters only showing when the special characters tab is selected in the roster options.
