Looking for Warhammer 40K 2nd edition data files

Greetings,

Does anyone out there have 2nd edition data files for 40k Eldar? A
friend is organizing one last 2nd edition battle before switching to
3rd edition rules, and it's going to be a 2-day event with 10,000
points or so on a side. I'm hoping someone out there can save me
some
serious army building time with a 2nd edition data file.
