Long time class secondary spell problem and questions about auto-adds

I have had a problem for a long while that the tech guys helped me partly with but has yet to be solved. I collapsed the divine/arcane divide and made priests and druids types of magicians along with wizards, conjurers, necromancers, etc. They use spellbooks. They also get domains. I can't get them to add domain spells. It keeps squawking about needing to add spells to the spellbook, which has plenty and shouldn't really be involved. I've tried setting the secondary spells to class Cleric, or to the domains themselves. Nothing seems to work. Is there some code changes that I need to make?

Also, I have yet to get a response to the following:

I don't use metallic and chromatic dragons. My dragons can breathe any one of the five energy types. Thus, I want to change the dragon types listed for the draconic bloodline, to a list of the five, or just add sonic to those already available. All breaths are conical. I can't find where and how this is set up. My sorcerer-based class (mystic) is already an adjusted duplicate so adding new abilities isn't a problem.

I use anointing oil that takes on the alignment of the god instead of holy and unholy water and divine symbols instead of holy or unholy symbols. Is this possible to replace items chosen by an equipment kit or to create my own kit?
