It seems that I cannot log in...I am using the same device name but I get the following error.

Authentication Error: Invalid device name. Device names are required, must not be all whitespace, and may be no more than 50 characters long. They must also be unique within your account. To reuse a device name you've already used, log that device out first.

Any ideas what to do to fix this?
 
Are you logging in on the same computer and browser as you have before? If not, make a new device name.
