Hey this morning I locked out my account and now I'm getting:
Authentication Error: This device is temporarily denied access to the server.

I figured out (too late) I was using the wrong password. I've now successfully reset the password, but I'm still locked out, and have tried multiple PCs, please help?
 
Have you get your account recoved Mr gcpeart? Please update your situation, I have encounter the same problem like you, thanks in advance.
 
sieomuotty, please use the bug reports option in the gear-shaped button at the top left of the Hero Lab interface to ask support for help, or email support@wolflair.com if you're not able to get in to see that control within the program. They'll be able to get you going again.
