When I use hero lab I get a message that states I am in Demo mode. When I got to the the button to reactivate my license I get a message that states this license can not be automatically reassigned yet. Then it says click here for early license reassignment. It has never done this before and I have not changed any settings on my PC
 
Nothing anyone on the forums can do to help with License issues. Please email support@wolflair.com for help.

The most common causes is using the same HL License on two different computers. Or there was some Win 10 issues but I think those all got fixed.

If you have never used your other HL License you could go to the license menu to get it. Then use your 2nd License number to get HL up and running while you wait for support.
