Links not creating

On the realm's home screen, under points of interest, I have "Praetor."

I then go create a place (adventure area since Continent isn't on there or general region) named Praetor and add some info to it. Since I'm not on the main page's edit, when I save, it doesn't produce a link creation request for the mention of Praetor on the main page's points of interest. I goto the main page and hit the wrenches and scan for links, but it doesn't find any.

Subsequently, I also have a page titled "The Sundering" in which the Praetor name existing prior to the creation of the Praetor place. Again, the scan for links doesn't find it, but I can goto the Sundering's page, and retype one of the instances and it will recognize it on save.

Is there a required creation order that I'm missing, or is the scan for links not functioning right?
 
If you go back to the Topic that you have the reference to Praetor without the link and edit something, save it, the linkage window should open and ask for linkage confirmation.

I've managed to reproduce this error as archmagi1 posted. (With different content.)

I also did what Caraldur suggested, and it did find the content link.

archmagi1, have you reported this as a bug? I'm sure LWD would like to know about this...
