Limiting the Reveal history

So when I work on data entry for realm works I add all the information from the books so I don't have to go elsewhere to find it. Also I like to allow my players to use this as well and use them as revealed content. Think of it as sharing the players guide with the players through the revealing feature. The problem is that realm works tracks all revealed data. Is there a way to have realm works not track mechanic references as far as reveal history and have only track story elements?
