Lighten Weapon Feat: How to add?

Alright, here's the deal.

I've been trying for the last three hours to add the Lighten Weapon feat http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/3rd-party-feats/kobold-press/combat-feats---3rd-party---kobold-press/lighten-weapon-combat
to the Herolab game. I've gotten the basic feat stuff down, but I don't know the scripts I need to write to get this in.
Anybody have any idea what I need to type in?
