Licensing Problems

Hello...

I downloaded the newest version of Army Builder on the 1st of January. I let it install, and now it will not accept my license reactivation because I rebuilt my computer in November. I sent in the Manual reassign (?) request and received the automated email on the first, but have yet to hear from anyone about why I still can't openly access my product, which still has until October 2010 before it expires.

I've tried again today to resubmit for the manual reassigning of my license; should I leave it at that, or perhaps reinstall AB 3.2b? Any ideas? Anyone?

Hmmm. I know that Nancy went through the support queue yesterday, so something fishy is going on. Let me investigate this and get back to you once I figure out what's going on.

Thanks, Rob, I appreciate it. I've dealt with your support before and it's always been top notch... which is why I thought something weird occurred. :)

If you need some further info, just let me know.

OK, I just got this figured out with Nancy. We switched to a new mechanism to better streamline license reassignment when we released V3.2b. Unfortunately, there was a communication glitch and Nancy didn't know we'd gone live with it yet - she thought it was still in testing. So she wasn't monitoring the separate queue. She's getting those requests processed now and should have them all handled shortly.

Sorry for the oops. And thanks for flagging this to our attention!

No problem, Rob... just got the ok from Nancy, and I'm up and running! Thanks again for the products and the support!
