Look, I sent an email to support, but I'd really like to use the product I've paid for. Is there currently an issue with the licensing server? I'm able to see all the army file updates, etc., and my internet is fine. I can't get my copy to activate. I tried manually, and only ONCE got it to make me a key. I placed it in the directory but it still called my copy a demo copy (and yes, I restarted the program, and the computer). Now, I can't even get the key from the manual registration page, it gives me an error.
If nothing is wrong, is there someone who can help me? I'd only like to use what I've paid for. I've never had any issues with AB in the past, even paying full price to buy a brand new license to replace an older lost one. After today though, I'm seriously reconsidering and contemplating asking for a refund.
