License (re)Activation is driving me crazy

I'd just like to know if anyone else is having this problem:

HeroLab has asked me to Move my License or Reactivate my License at least once a month for the past 4 months.
The last time was yesterday (for which I got and activated an early reset), and I've been asked again today!
I cannot use HeroLab while I have to wait for the people at WolfLair to do a reset which is killing my game prep.

I just need to know, am I alone in this? Is this happening to anyone else?

I am not making any changes to my system or software, I haven't even used other software on my iMac since yesterday. Please, someone, tell me I'm not the only one. :mad: :confused:
 
Sorry but only you. 99% of the time this issue caused by you having HL installed on two different computers and using the same license on both computers. The key thing about HL licenses is each computer needs it's own unique license key.

If this is not the case I would email support and explain the issue. No one on the forums can help with the issue. :(
 
This really needs to be in big neon flashing letters on the website and at the start of installation and license activation.

It seems when windows made me do updates hero lab doesnt like it and screws you over i have had the same issue i have 2 licenses and both are locked out and i dont seem to get replies when i ask them to be reset. Typical we got your money now go away mentality.

Hi eddieandgayle, I responded to your multiple support tickets this weekend. I never received responses from you indicating that the issue was not resolved. If you don't see my responses to your emails, I encourage you to check your spam folders. I'd be happy to assist you if the issue is still not resolved, but the forums are not the place to do that as it clogs up the forums and we often need to talking about your private account information.

If you have continuing issues after reading my responses and taking the actions I recommended, please reply to my email. If you recently cleaned out your spam or still don't see my responses, I'd be happy to resend them.
