License problem

I dunno wether to place this HERE, or in the Website forum, but...

I updated to the latest version of Army Builder, manually since my license had expired quite a while ago. When I did, I ended up with a demo-version, instead of a fully functioning one. Now, having let the license expire several YEARS ago, I can buy that. I wasn't best pleased, but there it is, I can, literally, buy that. :)

However, when I access the license-handling site, and try to pay my way with an upgrade of the license, the site tells me a resounding NO. Card isn't accepted. And this is the ONLY site that does this. I've had problems with other cards, earlier, but since I got this one a few years ago, none.

So, how do I get my money to you so that we're all happy?

I really am starting to think AB should be a one off payment for what it is.

99% of the software I have ever purchased has offered a one off payment with lifetime upgrades and support.

This product doesn't represent very good value for money to my mind :(

The best place would be directing an email to technical support, since we'll otherwise be talking about specific details of who you are and your credit information in a public forum. :-)

Anyone who wants to continue using the old version of AB (V3.1) is welcome to do so. The Downloads section of our website provides links to the old version.

Please take this offlist with an email to helpdesk at wolflair.com. That way, we can keep your personal information personal and try to figure out what's going wrong.

I'll need to know the name used on the order, the date(s) on which you made the attempts, whether the card is issued by a US bank, and whether the card you're using is a proper credit card or a debit card that pretends to be a proper credit cards. Those last couple of details are very important, since those variables have a huge impact on how credit card processors handle a given card.
