I bought the license for UE from my laptop a few days ago.

On my desktop there is no UE content whatsoever.

I re-activated my license on my desktop but no luck. It shows that I HAVE the license for UE under the manage license option.

But....no content.

Please help.
 
There are two possibilities I can think of. One is that you still need to download and install the latest release of the Pathfinder data files. UE doesn't appear as an option in earlier versions. The second is that the UE content is there, but it hasn't been enabled yet via the Configure Hero form. This will occur for existing portfolios that were created prior to the release of UE.

If neither of those solves the problem for you, please contact support so we can investigate the problem in more detail and have your license information available to check things on our server as well.
