I do believe you are who I need to talk to in order to answer my
question, but if not, please redirect me to whom I need to speak.

My problem, is that I went and purchased Army Builder III, and I
install it all no problems, it seems to be running great. However to
get it off of Demo mode I need to get the License, here I run into the
problem.

I get a fun little message that says:

The License you have specified has been disabled. Typically, this is
done as a safeguard when a license has been identified as a target of
hackers.
