After using Hero Lab last night, I had shut down, but then when I came back to it the program came up as unlicenced. When I started the re-activation process entering the information that was sent to my e-mail from your website, Hero Lab tells me that the server says my e-mail address does not match my licence info. I copied and pasted the licence and the e-mail address is exactly the same. There are no extra spaces before or after. What's going wrong?
