Licence not recieved

I purchased Army Builder on Nov 22. I did not write down the order confrimation number, but my credit card has been charged and i have'nt recieved my licence yet.

There is no order in our system with the email address you're using on the forums, so I'm flying blind here. I need you to provide me with the last name on the order, the zip code, and the email address. With that info, I can hopefully find the order and figure out what happened. More than likely, everything was trapped by a spam filter, but I'll investigate if you provide me with the details so I can do so.
