Library of Monsters/NPCs?

Is there somewhere I can find portfolio files or something of 5e monsters and NPCs from modules to use in Hero Labs and then export to RealmWorks? Or do I need to make these all for each campaign?

(Sorry I'm new to technology aided DMing)

Thanks Friends!

The community pack (see the stickied thread) has all the monsters for 5e so far, with the exception of LMoP and MToF. If you download the pack, you should see all the monsters for use via the Encounter Builder. Just start a new portfolio, select Encounter Builder from the tool bar (sorry, don't remember which drop down, probably tools?), search for what you want, and add them.

I have no idea how that translates to RealmWorks, but it's a start.

Install the community pack. Then head to Realm Works.

Add a Hero Lab snippet to a topic (a monster topic for example). Make sure your topic is in edit mode and the hero lab snippet will present an edit button.

Click that and Hero Lab will open with a fresh portfolio.

Add what ever you like. 1 monster or more. Up to you. Once done wimpy click the X button to exit out of Hero Lab. Realm Works will recognise this and prompt you to save your changes.

Effectively what it does is store the portfolio inside your realm works topic.

To test its working simply close out of edit mode and the hero lab snippet should now have a play button. Make sure you have a session of Hero Lab open with this to work. Ideally with a portfolio containing your players.

The 5e srd monsters are all done. They are in the files section of the community Facebook geoup. So all you need to do there is import the export into your realm and its ready to use.
